The ethiscore website is designed
to help users quickly and easily identify the best products to support and the
worst companies to avoid by calculating an 'ethical score' out of 20 for brands
in over 160 product areas.
Roughly speaking:
 15 to 20 is good
 10 to 14 is average
 5 to 9 is poor
 0 to 4 is very poor
The score is a calculation based on a company's rating in each of Ethical Consumer's

main ethical categories. Each score table is accompanied by the text of
the most recent Ethical
Consumer magazine report.
